DESCRIPTION
This request is to accept an eighteen-month warranty and surety in the amount of $29,795.13 in the form of Maintenance Bond No. 30256953, which represents 10% of the cost of the publicly dedicated infrastructure for ownership, operation and maintenance responsibilities for McDonald’s 9-2686 Wahneta per Land Development Code Section 909.D.6. This warranty is for an eighteen-month period beginning with the Board’s acceptance. This one-year warranty period begins on January 6, 2026 and ends on July 6, 2027.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept an eighteen-month warranty expiring on July 6, 2027, and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of $29,795.13 for McDonald’s 9-2686 Wahneta.
