DESCRIPTION
On March 1, 2022, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $90,200 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on July 6, 2022, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. 024256473 in the amount of $90,200.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Performance Bond No. 024256473 in the amount of $90,200 for Mirabella Phase 2.
