DESCRIPTION
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) requests the BoCC release and approve the appropriation and expenditure of $10,000.00 from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund. This amount will be utilized to support the Crime Stoppers program.
These funds will be expended in accordance with the provisions of the above referenced F.S. pursuant to FSS 932.7055(5)(a).
RECOMMENDATION
Recommend the Board approve the appropriation and expenditure from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund. ($10,000.00 one-time expense)
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted and available in the Law Enforcement Trust Fund.
