DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the east side of Mt. Pisgah Road, north of County Line Road E, west of Manley Road, south of Mount Pisgah Cemetery Road, and south of the city of Fort Meade, in Section 35, Township 32, Range 25.   State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on November 6, 2024, with a recommendation for approval by a 7:0 vote.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for December 17, 2024, at 9:15 a.m.
