DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the south side of US 92 East, west of Old Dixie Highway, east of Reynolds Road, and west of the City of Auburndale in Section 13, Township 28, Range 24.  State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on November 5, 2025, with recommendations of approval (7:0). 

The Florida Statutes require the local governing board to take action on the proposed amendment.
