Approve piggyback agreement with CDW Government LLC to provide technology products and services with related solutions. (estimated $4,000,000.00 to $4,500,000.00 annual recurring expense)

DESCRIPTION
The Information Technology (IT) Division has historically used a cooperative agreement through Sourcewell that was awarded to CDW Government LLC, to purchase technology products and services which expired on October 30, 2024. Sourcewell recently conducted Request for Proposal (#121923) and awarded CDW Government LLC for those same products and services through Cooperative Agreement # 121923-CDW. Since the IT Division has been satisfied with the products and services that CDW Government LLC has been providing, they requested Procurement develop a new agreement which would allow them to use (piggyback) the recent Sourcewell cooperative agreement to continue to provide technology products and services in support of all County divisions.
Future purchases will be planned budgeted for as part of the Information Technology and other divisions annual budget.
The term of the agreement with all available renewals is through February 27, 2031.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the piggyback agreement with CDW Government LLC to provide technology products and services with related solutions.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted within each County divisions’ operating budget.
