DESCRIPTION
The applicant is requesting a Planned Development to increase the retail and commercial use in excess of thirty (30) percent within an Employment Center-X (ECX) land use district in the North Ridge Selected Area Plan (SAP) for the construction of a discount tire store. The subject site is located east of US Highway 27, north of Minute Maid Ramp Road 1, south of Citrus Ridge Drive, west of Belvoir Drive, west of the City of Haines City in Section 20, Township 26, and Range 27.
