Garry Bozeman, is appealing the Planning Commission’s 3:2 decision on June 3, 2026, to approve LDCU-2025-35 for a Conditional Use (CU) approval to allow a Kennels and Boarding use on approximately 4.63 acres. The property is located north of K Ville Avenue, south of Highway 92 W, west of the city of Auburndale in Section 18, Township 28, Range 25.
