DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located South of State Road 60, east of County Road 17B, west of Hamlin Street, north of Hunt Brothers Road, surrounded by the Lake Wales city limits, in Sections 07, Township 30, and Range 28. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be held July 10, 2024, with a recommendation for approval.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for August 6, 2024, at 9:15 a.m.
