DESCRIPTION
The Polk County's Utilities Division (PCU) requested Procurement to solicit bids from qualified contractors who were interested in the installation of a 1.0-million-gallon ground storage tank and high-service pumps at Jordan's Grove Facility, located at 428 Sardinia Circle within the William's Preserve Development in Davenport Florida. The Master Plan for the Northeast Regional Utility Service Area (NERUSA) projects that future growth will result in reclaimed water pressure deficiencies in the eastern part of the NERUSA. This project will result in a larger storage tank and a high-service pump system to maintain adequate system pressure in the future.
Bid 23-514, Jordan's Grove Ground Storage Reservoir & High Service Pump Station was issued, and two (2) contractors submitted a bid.
