DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of Hemlock Avenue, west of Dogwood Road, north of Bayberry Streete, east of Marigold Avenue, and east of Haines City, in Section 10, Township 28, Range 28. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on August 6, 2025, with a recommendation for approval by a 6:1 vote.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for September 16, 2025, at 9:15 a.m.
