DESCRIPTION
The Facilities Management Division requested Procurement to solicit bids from qualified contractors who were interested in remodeling the first-floor men’s and women’s restrooms on the westside of the Polk County Courthouse located at 255 North Broadway Avenue, Bartow, FL. The project will make the restrooms in compliance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
Bid 23-564, Courthouse Phase II - ADA 1st Floor Restrooms was issued, and 2 contractors submitted bids.

FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available and budgeted in the General Capital Improvement Fund for the Polk County Building ADA Survey Compliance and Transition Plan project.
