This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south and west of Medulla Road, east of County Line Road, north of Pipkin Road, and south, west and north of Lakeland, in Section 08, Township 29, Range 23. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be held May 6, 2026, with a recommendation for approval.
