DESCRIPTION
The County negotiated and entered into Long Term Discount Agreement (LTDA) No. 11-055 with Philips Healthcare on July 26, 2011, to provide for long-term discounts on the purchase of defibrillators and CPAP equipment and supplies. The agreement also provides for maintenance of the purchased equipment.
The agreement was amended 4 times to allow for product and term adjustments which expired September 28, 2023.
This Amendment No.5 extends the agreement through October 27, 2026, and modifies Exhibit A - Pricing, Products, and Supplies to reflect updated pricing and products.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve Amendment No. 5 to Agreement No. 11-055 with Philips Healthcare.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funding is available within the Fire and EMS budgets.
