This is a County-initiated Large Scale Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment to Policies in Section 2.130 modifying sewer connection requirements to allow septic tanks for duplexes in Residential Low-X (RL-X). This case is related to LDC-2026-12, a companion Land Development Code Text Amendment. ILE is located south of SR 60, north of CR 640 and east of the City of Lake Wales.
