DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the west side of US Hwy 27 north of Ogelthorpe Drive, east of Williamson Drive and south of Tuscan Ridge Drive north of Haines City limits, in Section 36, Township 25 and Range 26. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on July 12, 2023, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 4:0, with 1 recused). 

 

The Florida Statutes require the local governing board to take action on the proposed amendment. 

 

RECOMMENDATION

Adopt;

Adopt as amended;

Do not Adopt.
