Approve a Utility Infrastructure Agreement with Pulte Home Company, LLC for the Sand & Silica development. ($3,365,640.05 not-to-exceed, one-time expense)

DESCRIPTION
Pulte Home Company, LLC is building a 732-unit single family and 336-unit townhome development in the County’s Northeast Regional Utility Service Area. The County has requested and the Developer has agreed to design, permit, and construct an extension of a 20-inch water main approximately 7,500 linear feet along Ernie Caldwell Blvd and upsize the required 7,500 linear feet 10-inch forcemain to 16-inch as shown in the latest Northeast Regional Utility Service Area master plan update.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve Infrastructure Agreement for Utility Infrastructure Improvements (Sand & Silica) with Pulte Home Company, LLC to provide additional wastewater capacity and water main looping identified in the latest master plan update.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Utilities Water Connection Fee fund within Utilities 5-year CIP, Miscellaneous Developer Agreements Project.
