DESCRIPTION
Construction Bid for the CR 540 Cypress Gardens Road at Lake Ned Road Intersection Improvement Project is scheduled to be advertise on Polk County’s Procurement website. County staff have negotiated with the Consultant to provide CEI services on the project. The estimated duration of the Consultant’s services is 10 months.
Under this CSA, the Consultant will provide Polk County with CEI services to monitor the construction of the CR 540 Cypress Gardens Road at Lake Ned Road Intersection Improvement Project. The Consultant is to perform these services at a cost not-to-exceed $452,097.20, as detailed in “Exhibit A. “
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board approve CSA No. 2025-055-01 with the Consultant a cost not-to-exceed $452,097.20 for the CR 540 Cypress Gardens Road at Lake Ned Road Intersection Improvement Project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted and available in the Transportation Trust Fund within the Roads and Drainage 5-year CIP.
