DESCRIPTION
On June 4, 2024, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $10,419,846.92 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on January 28, 2025, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. FGAC-24195 in the amount of $10,419,846.92.
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board approve the release of Performance Bond No. FGAC-24195 in the amount of $10,419,846.92 for Garden Hills at Providence Phase 2.
