DESCRIPTION
Parks and Natural Resources requested Procurement to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering services for repairs to Circle B Bar Reserve from Hurricane Milton. Request for Proposal (RFP) 25-652, Engineering Services for Repairs to Circle B Bar Reserve from Hurricane Milton was issued, and two (2) vendors submitted proposals. The selection committee met on October 29, 2025. After the scoring meeting, the consensus of the selection committee was to request the Board authorize staff to enter into contract negotiations with both Proposers, starting with the highest-ranked Proposer, Dewberry Engineers, Inc.

RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the selection committee’s recommendation and authorize staff contract negotiations starting with the highest ranked proposer, Dewberry Engineers, Inc., to provide engineering services for repairs to Circle B Bar Reserve from Hurricane Milton.

There is no fiscal impact during negotiations.
