DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the east side of US 98, north of Brooks Street, north of Shady Hammock Drive, in Section 34, Township 28, Range 24. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on June 4, 2025, with a recommendations for approval (Votes 6:1).
The Florida Statutes require the local governing board to take action on the proposed amendment.
