DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the west side of US 27, South of Holly Hill Grove 2 Road, North of Holly Hill Grove 1 Road, East of the City of Haines City, in Section 30, Township 26, Range 27. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be held July 9, 2025.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the transmittal hearing date for August 5, 2025, at 9:15 a.m. and the adoption hearing date for December 16, 2025, at 9:15 a.m.
