DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment for property located south of Clubhouse Road, east of US Highway 98, west of First Street Southeast, and north of County Road 540A, north of the City of Bartow in the US 98 Selected Area Plan, in Sections 14, Township 29, and Range 24.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on July 9th, 2025, with a recommendation for approval with a vote of 7:0.
