DESCRIPTION
Culver’s Christina is a commercial development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on January 21, 2022, Culver’s Christina is located in the Southwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-24, T-29, R-23, and is located on Christina Boulevard in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Culver’s Christina potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements of Culver’s Christina for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
