DESCRIPTION

This is a County-initiated request for property located east of Moore Road, west of Scandinavia Boulevard, South of Pine Glen Road, south of Viking Lane, north of Old Polk City Road, north and east of the city of Lakeland in Section 9, Township 27, Range 24.  

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on February 1, 2023, with a recommendation of approval (6:0).  This is the transmittal hearing to the Department of Economic Opportunity and the adopted hearing is scheduled for May 2, 2022, at 9:30 a.m.
