DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of Thornhill Road, east of Lake Hancock, and north of the City of Bartow, in Sections 3 & 10, Township 29, Range 25.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on March 5, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 5:2).  This is the Transmittal hearing. The Adoption hearing is scheduled for July 1, 2025.
