DESCRIPTION
Kriss Kaye, P.E. of Carter-Kaye Engineering, on behalf of, Mims/Alafia LLC, requests conditional use approval for the expansion of an approved Solid Waste Management Facility to improve the location of the re-use, re-manufacturing, and recycling facilities, addition of a Non-Certified High Impact Power Generation Facility, and Class III Utilities (potable water production and wastewater treatment) in an Institutional-2 (INST-2) district. The property is located west of State Road 37, south of County Road 640, north of Railroad Avenue, east of Hillsborough County, north of Bradley Junction, south of Oak Terrace, south of the town of Mulberry, in Section 35, Township 30, Range 23 and Sections 2&3 in Township 31. Range 23.
