DESCRIPTION

Applicant requests approval of a Transitional Area Development (TAD) for a Self-Storage Facility with a Floor Area Ratio of 0.70 in an Office Center (OC) land use district. The subject property is located south of County Road 540-A, east of Lakeland Highlands Road, west of Cross Creek Boulevard, south of the City of Lakeland, in Section 21, Township 29, Range 24. Section 907 of the LDC requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on March 1, 2023, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 5:2). No public opposition.
