On January 17, 2023, the Board accepted Maintenance Bond No. and rider 014221941 in the amount of $22,287.10. A warranty inspection was performed on January 11, 2024 concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Maintenance Bond No. and rider 014221941 in the amount of $22,287.10.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Maintenance Bond No. and rider 014221941 in the amount of $22,287.10 for Sun State Utility.
