DESCRIPTION
Garry Bozeman has appealed the decision of the Planning Commission to approve (3:2) LDCU-2025-35 (Crossed Paws CU), a conditional use request to allow the use “Kennels, Boarding and Breeding” on approximately 4.63 acres. The subject property is located at 3656 K-Ville Avenue, south of Highway 92 West, north and west of the city of Auburndale in Section 18, Township 28, Range 25.
Section 922.C.3 of the Land Development Code (LDC) requires a De Novo hearing to be held within 60 days of the Planning Commission hearing. Pursuant to LDC Section 922.C.3.c., the appellant requested and was granted an extension to August 4, 2026, by the Land Development Director.
