On May 20, 2025, the Board accepted Maintenance Bond No. PB11511003821 in the amount of $232,772.34. A warranty inspection was performed on June 2, 2026 concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Maintenance Bond No. PB11511003821 in the amount of $232,772.34.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Maintenance Bond No. PB11511003821 in the amount of $232,772.34 for Hillpointe Davenport - Gaines Road.
