DESCRIPTION
The Facilities Management Division requested Procurement to solicit bids from qualified contractors who were interested in construction and installation of eleven Air Handling Units (AHU) and speed drives located at Polk County Administration Building, 330 W. Church Street, Bartow, FL
The AHU’s currently installed are over 24 years old and are reaching the end of life. The new air handlers are more modern and provide better efficiency to the air quality in the building.
Bid 24-685, Installation of Eleven Air Handling Units - Polk County Administration Building was issued, and two contractors submitted a bid.

This project is fully funded through the American Rescue Plan through the United States Department of Treasury.
