DESCRIPTION
Case #RC25-SHIP-006 Major was approved for rehabilitation on September 16, 2025, with a mortgage of $97,340.75 and a grant agreement of $3,910.22, for a total project cost of $101,250.97. During the rehabilitation, it was determined the cost needed to be adjusted for additional work to install a 20-amp dedicated septic outlet. The cost of the additional work will be $550.00 and the additional recording costs will be $29.00. This increases the mortgage to $97,890.75 and the grant agreement to $3,939.22, for a total project cost of $101,829.97.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-006 Major Rehabilitation.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
