According to Florida statute 101.001, changes to voting precincts requires approval of the BOCC.
The Supervisor of Elections requests the Board’s approval of a proposed change to the Polk County precinct map.
Realign precincts 411 and 412 so the area of Solivita located east of Marigold Avenue is included with the rest of Solivita for voting purposes.
RECOMMENDATION
The Supervisor of Elections requests the Board’s approval of a proposed change to the Polk County precinct map.
