DESCRIPTION

Approve SHIP rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC24-SHIP-005 in the amount of $189,820.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $11,509.60 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $201,329.60.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement agreement.

 

FISCAL IMPACT

Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
