DESCRIPTION
Fulton Meadows (aka East Atlantic Property) is a 210 single family home development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on August 10, 2021, Fulton Meadows (aka East Atlantic Property) is located in the Northwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-13, T-27, R-23, and is located on Fox Lake Drive in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Fulton Meadows (aka East Atlantic Property) potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements of Fulton Meadows (aka East Atlantic Property) for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
