DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated Large-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment for property located across all ECX districts in the US 98 Selected Area Plan

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on November 5th, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (6:1). This case was approved for transmittal to Florida Commerce by the Board on December 2, 2025.
