DESCRIPTION

This is a County-applicant-initiated request for property located Rifle Range Road, from Eagle Lake Loop Road to 17th Street, west of the City of Winter Haven and east of the City of Eagle Lake in Sections 16, 17, 20, and 21, Township 29, Range 26. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be held July 10, 2024, with a recommendation of approval.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the transmittal hearing date for September 3, 2024, at 9:15 a.m. and the adoption hearing date for November 5, 2024, at 9:15 a.m.
