DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the west side of Access Road NW, west of US Highway 27, north of Interstate 4, and south of Ronald Reagan Parkway, 1.20 miles north of the City of Davenport. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be held on October 7, 2026, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 7:0).
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board set the transmittal hearing date for November 3, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. and the adoption hearing date for January 19, 2027, at 9:15 a.m.
