On February 18, 2025, the Board accepted Maintenance Bond No. LICX1984331 in the amount of $176,540.14. A warranty inspection was performed on February 2, 2026, concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Maintenance Bond No. LICX1984331 in the amount of $176,540.14.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Maintenance Bond No. LICX1984331 in the amount of $176,540.14 for Brentwood Townhomes Ph 4 & 5.
