DESCRIPTION
Fox Branch Off-Site Improvements is an infrastructure project associated with a residential development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on November 22, 2022, and is located in the Northwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-09, T-27, R-23, and is located on Kathleen in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Fox Branch Off-Site Improvements for potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements for Fox Branch Off-Site Improvements for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
