Mission: Ensuring the integrity and service quality of community healthcare in Polk County through responsible stewardship of public funds.
Vision: Low-income Polk County residents have access to quality basic and preventative healthcare services with a goal of improving the overall health of the county.
Quorum: A quorum shall be a minimum of one-half, plus one of the voting members. Recommendations and decisions of the Committee will be made by a simple majority vote.
