DESCRIPTION
In conjunction with a new residential development known as Mrytlebrook Preserve, located along Myrtle Road north of Lakeland, the developer is making off-site drainage improvements to the west of the development. Two easement parcels were identified for the drainage improvements measuring approximately 20-feet wide and containing a total of approximately 3,100 square feet over properties owned by Casey Gifford and Whitney and Vincent Filippone. The owners of the properties have agreed to a request to grant easements over the described areas and they have executed and delivered Drainage Easements to the County. Accepting the above-mentioned Drainage Easements will give the County the easements needed to maintain the off-site drainage improvements associated with the development.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the aforementioned Drainage Easements.

No fiscal impact.
