This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of Highway 92 East, west of Old Dixie Highway, north of County Road 542 East, east of Reynolds Road, west of the City of Auburndale, in Section 13, Township 28, Range 24. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held November 5, 2025, with a recommendation of approval by a 7:0 vote.
