DESCRIPTION
The County entered into agreement 2022-013 with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. on March 1, 2022, to provide professional engineering services for the North Ridge Trail Project from Deen Still Road to Sand Mine Road in the amount of $353,006.00.
On March 21, 2023, Amendment 1 in the amount of $323,232.00 was approved by the Board to allow AECOM to prepare and submit a new environmental resource permit application and perform a subsurface utility exploration to identify and mitigate potential underground utility conflicts.
This Amendment 2 provides lighting design and plans preparation for the traffic circles on North Ridge Trail specifically at Pinedale Drive, California Boulevard, and Highlands Reserve Boulevard for a not-to-exceed cost of $29,092.00. This will bring the total project to a not-to-exceed cost of $705,330.00.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve Amendment 2 to agreement 2022-013 with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. in the amount of $29,092.00 for the North Ridge Trail Project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funding is available in the Transportation Millage Fund.
