DESCRIPTION
John Leonard is appealing the Planning Commission’s 6:1 decision on April 1, 2026, to approve LDSPD-2025-2 to develop thirty-one single family lots on approximately 20.29 +/- acres in the Suburban Development Area (SDA) and the Residential Suburban (RS) Future Land Use district. The subject property is located north of Old Dixie Hwy, west of Polk Pkwy, west of the city of Auburndale in Section 05, Township 28, Range 25.

Request Board set the DeNovo hearing date for June 2, 2026, at 9:15 a.m.
