DESCRIPTION

Approve CDBG rehabilitation/replacement program Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case # RC-23-CDBG-002 in the amount of $178,625.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement program Grant Agreement in the amount of $18,774.86 construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $197,399.86.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request approval of this CDBG rehabilitation/replacement program agreement.

 

FISCAL IMPACT

Funds are available in the Special Revenue Grant Fund.
