On March 4, 2025, the Board accepted Maintenance Bond No. 41K237614 in the amount of $6,425.43. A warranty inspection was performed on February 18, 2026, concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Maintenance Bond No. 41K237614 in the amount of $6,425.43.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Maintenance Bond No. 41K237614 in the amount of $6,425.43 for Minnesota Avenue Waterline.
