DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of State Road 540 (Cypress Gardens Boulevard), east of Pricket Avenue, north of Thompson Nursery Road, west of US Highway 27, and surrounded by Winter Haven city limits, in Section 17, Township 29, Range 27. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on November 5, 2025, with a recommendation of approval by a 7:0 vote.
