DESCRIPTION
As a result of a proposed development, the County, through its Development Review Process, has requested a utility easement for the construction and/or future maintenance of utility facilities for the development. The owner of subject property has executed and delivered an easement to Polk County for said facilities.
Accepting the following instrument will give the County the easement needed to construct and/or maintain the utility facilities for the proposed development.
1. Polk County Utilities Easement from 2024 Shepherd Lakeland LLC, a Florida limited liability company, for utilities in conjunction with a proposed commercial development. The subject easement lies in Section 23, Township 29 South, Range 23 East.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the preceding instrument.
